In a recent press conference held by SM Entertainment today on September 2, officials stated that BoA will be releasing an album in the United States and enter the US music industry. In another press conference titled Best of Asia, Bring on America which will be held at the Imperial Palace Hotel in Seoul, BoA’s plans for the US market will be revealed.
The slogan Best of Asia, Bring on America, which is an acronym for “BoA,” will be used to most effectively join the US music industry. SM will set up headquarters in the US to aid BoA in this process.
Fredy says : Oh My God!! I can’t wait for this! I’m so excited!! hahaha will there any re-sing Korean or Japanese song? LOVE IT SO MUCH!!
NEW SINGLES
Koda Kumi’s 41st Single「TABOO」2008/10/08 Release!
About four months after MOON, Koda Kumi is back to show a danceable R&B tune. Her 41st single is an R&B-flavored dance number. The single will contain a remix, making it a total of two songs in five different versions.
The DVD will contain an MV in two different versions with a powerful dance
performance and a photo slideshow loaded valuable shots.

mihimaru GT will provide the theme song for a new dorama on NHK called “Shanghai Typhoon” (上海タイフーン). It starts on September 13th.

01. Naki Natsu
The piano as the beginning is smoothly leads us to enjoyed mood. I love mihimaru GT’s part so much here! Well SOFFet is not bad but the one with no rap kind of annoys me at the chorus part (well, just a bit) but his voice is enjoyable. Miyake’s combination with rap-guy from SOFFet is very good. Hiroko’s part is so sweet at the chorus. Now about the instrumental, the piano, orchestra and synths that backed this perfectly combined. I do enjoy the combination of great instrumental and the groovy compilation between mihimaru GT and SOFFet. After all as a mid-tempo ballad, Naki Natsu is damn good and not boring at all.

02. Koi no Kakuritsu Handou
Well, since the beginning of this song I was surprised when the first time I heard it. The echoing part is super catchy and the instrument is slightly different from the other mihimaru GT’s song. About the song, begins with very catchy chorus that only sung by Hiroko. This song also shows us the very hot rap combination between Hiroko and Miyake in rapping! They put so much synths here, well… crazy! I also feel the drum’s and bass’ soul here! Overall this song is damn cool and it can’t be called as a B-side! Ahhh love this song so much, makes me wants to sing and dance! Two thumbs up for mihimaru GT since they haven’t released anything that bored me out this year!

Suki Natsu is SOFFet’s xxth single featuring mihimaru GT. It released on July 2nd, and peaked on no.xx of Oricon Chart. The only reason I listened to this songle is mihimaru GT, but I never regretted to listen to SOFFet, they are good. Suki Natsu is a perfect song for a fun summer.

180 degrees different from Naki Natsu, Suki Natsu is a very catchy up beat song. The verses are all well-filled with very great raps and the chorus is slightly brings less power but totally enjoyable! The drum takes the lead role in this song’s instrumental. Though the Orchestra and the turntable also existed everywhere in this song! Well, this song is bloody-perfect! A wonderful summer song!

02. Movie Star
The Instrumental catches my attention so much. Though mihimaru GT didn’t sing in this song, I still enjoy this song. The piano and drum catch my attention instead of the other instrumental used in this song. The song is so fun that the instrumental changed just like in a movie. This song sounds so enjoyable and cool though this song loses to Koi no Kakuritsu Handou a bit.

OVERALL
My Guess is, SOFFet is a bit sly that they used this chance to release something like this with mihimaru GT who is really exist in J-POP world this year. Well, kind of mean for me to say ‘sly’, OK ‘smart’ is damn better! Hahahaha, Both of this single is invisible. Who can avoid to not listening to these songs? None I guess Hahaha so both of this singles are hugely recommended!

Sparkling totally blow me up! And so do the rest. All five songs above are hugely recommended. Both Sparkling and Mirrorcle World have very excellent instrumentals that I love. Both also have strong aspects everywhere. Tokyo is very cool and groovy! Well it’s not dancy or what but it’s so enjoyable! I do enjoy this song so much. That Ain’t Cool is cool! LOL its sexiness and FERGIE are thumbs up! BLACK DIAMOND is still good though has a bit bored me down.

As I’ve mentioned, I’ve fell to Life that what makes Mirrorcle World won. Though Vivid has Sparkling and Joyful Smile, they lose in number. Mirrorcle World has its title to play with Sparkling, Life with Joyful Smile, Depend on You with Kissing you but YOU has no competitor. Koda Kumi’s MOON’s quality just decreased in my ears because of Once Again, and I think Moon Crying already a bit boring, good song shouldn’t be easily bored me. Giri Giri HERO’s Koisuru Kimochi is a bit boring though I loved Giri Giri HERO and BOW WOW SYSTEM GO. Namie’s 60s70s80s‘ only powerful power is what a feelin’ for me, both Rock Steady and New Look is OK, just OK.
Top 5 Albums
The ultimate battle between Artists, and the winner is BoA’s THE FACE with so many, wait it’s all of the song in this album is good though there’s a song or two in mid quality. The first runner up is mihimarise, just like THE FACE a couple songs in mid quality. GUILTY is super cool except GUILTY itself, it’s not bad but don’t really suit my ears. The Singles from fakin’ pop were good but the rest of the new songs are not that catchy, but not all of it. The last is HEART STATION, kind of confused cause I’ve never liked this album, I just listened it for maybe three times then I go with new fresher songs.

mihimarise is mihimaru GT’s 4th Album. It released on 28th May, it contains songs from their last 4 singles, 「Gazen Yeah!」, 「I SHOULD BE SO LUCKY」, 「diverge」 and 「Giri Giri HERO」. It peaked on no.1 on Oricon Chart. Well my thought, it’s the second best album in 2008 after BoA’s THE FACE (After I counted it, the difference is just around 0.02)!. The album’s tracklist arranged neatly. HUGELY RECOMMENDED!!! for the person that has never listened to mihimaru GT before.

A good opening for this album, it’s taken from their live concert, mihimaLIVE 2. Well the orchestra is so great here! Their put some good raps as well! It brings up the atmosphere as a beginning of this album. Afterall theme of mihimaLIVE 2 did it’s duty well as an introduction of the album.

02. Giri Giri HERO
A great song from their last single. The song is catchy and many people liked this song. The verses are filled, so none of the part in this song is boring. And I loved miyake’s rap here, and hiroko’s voice is cute as usual. This track just brings a sprite and makes us want to get awake or something, well I’m not good at describing my feeling. I also love the acoustic guitar, it sounds so nice in my ear.

03. I SHOULD BE SO LUCKY
This song is the least good from their previous 4 singles. The Instrumental is groovy as usual. The only thing I don’t really like is Miyake’s rap, yeah I love his rap but in this song he raps a bit boring and yeah not sound sprited. Afterall this song is catchy.

04. Bon Voyage
Begins with women’s “oo oo” part that will appears in the whole song. Well, it sounds fresh and great!, they put mihimaru GTish instrumental in it, so Turntable-ish. Well and they do a good combination in the rap part which I love so much! One of the best track from this album. The lyrics is fun and I love every verses, well I got to say that there’s only a few mihimaru GT’s song that have boring verses. This song is sounds so colorful and fresh!

05. Tokyo~tokyo~ feat. Kusuo
My current favorite song. Hiroko has done collaboration with Kusuo before titled “Tegami” (Letter) and I loved it. After 4 groovy songs Tokyo relaxes our ear down. The verses and chorus both is perfect. The Lyrics is telling about life in Tokyo, you can hear city’s sound behind this song. The chorus sounds pretty ballad-ish with a bit reggae instrumental. It’s a perfect song.

06. Love Sick
I think it’s the first time mihimaru GT sings this kind of song, backed with soft piano and drum. They put a robot effect on some of hiroko’s voice. It sounds a bit westernized. And simple verses color this song up. Some percussion after the bridge also sounds good. Yeah, it’s simple but not boring.

07. BLUE TAGGING
Just an intro~ it contains people’s crowd and some of their raps. A good intro before the next song.
08. Ai Kotoba (Word ‘Love’)
A down tempo song. I don’t really feel this song personally except the chorus, I love the chorus so much. This song itself has a similar piano with BoA’s Kissing you, old but good. Taratatata part is also catchy.

09. eegana
This song has reggae instrumental and some drums, The verses is weirdly cute. The chorus is super cooland sounds adventurous! Love this song so much. They put some funny weird talking in this song, which I love so much Hahaha. But I hoped miyake to join hiroko to sing the chorus part.

10. Gazen Yeah!
The best song from their previous singles, it’s cute backed with some soft electric and acoustic guitar.Once again they put a good combination within Miyake’s and Hiroko’s voice in every single part in this song. The chorus is extremely catchy! Well another perfect song.

11. Birthday Song feat. Tokita Shintarou from Sukima Switch
Begins with synths that I found similar with Yuna Ito’s mahaloha. It’s the second birthday song this year that I’ve listened after BoA’s Happy Birthday. The Instrumental is super great, they mixed guitar, piano and drum very well. But it filled with more fresh-sounded piano. The Chorus is good, but I loved BoA’s Happy Birthday more.

12. diverge
The only soft ballads in this album, Well it’s not that soft anyways. I love the Instrumental so much. It’s an autumn ballad but they released in during this year’s winter. The first time I hear to this song I didn’t really lke it, the thing makes me turn to it is the instrumental. So the Instrumental that glittered by Orchestra, piano and electric guitar support this song much. And after realizing it THIS SONG IS HOT! I still love it until now.

13. ALIVE
The last but not the least. It’s a right song they picked to end this album. The simple hand clapping and finger clicking combined well wit the acoustic guitar here. The chorus is basically catchy, but they left the verses a bit blank with just miyake’s rap. Well It just to long for him to do rapping by himself. The bridge is way boring, but the last chorus is just so good! Reminds me to TRF’s music so much with many people singing behind the lead vocalist.

14. mihimaru GT Kessaku Talk Show with Kosaka Daimaou
It’s a radio show featuring Kosaka Daimaou, well I don’t understand Japanese but it seems funny, I love Hiroko’s expression in this song. Miyake doesn’t talk so much here ( I think). Well it makes me smile so much at least

Well, Avex came with another random compilation albums, it’s Koi No Uta (Love songs). it’s including, ayumi hamasaki, Koda Kumi, mihimaru GT, DREAMS SOME TRUE, m-flo, Every Little Thing, etc. Just a note they put ayumi hamasaki’s BLUE BIRD, Koda Kumi’s ai no uta and Go My Way, mihimaru GT’s Koisuru Kimochi. It just a big shock for me that avex didn’t put BoA’s song suh as LOVE LETTER, lol thay just don’t know how to make a compilation album and know how to raise money so well. LOL~ I’m not getting this album!
